Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:
• We make configuration changes to the Clarizen hosted application – They could be working on Clarizen, but could also be working on other items too.
• Work with our users on new enhancements they want, or deal with the bugs
• Working with end users, getting requirements, writing stories
• We are a SAFE Agile team
• Working with our support team - we do a lot, like we have an ECO support who handles all the support calls that come in.
• Working with project managers, portfolio managers, and other groups to help pull things together.
• Participate in standups
• May assist with SharePoint items and certifications

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Crew Backlogs
• Proficient in Jira
• Confluence
• Writing User Stories
• Agile/Agile Safe
• Basic project management experience
• Clarizen
