Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Data Architect to support Citizens Bank in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, modeling, and governance to ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategies and standards
Design and implement data models, workflows, and integration processes
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance policies
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data requirements and solutions
Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives

Required Skills / Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role in a banking/financial environment
Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and metadata management
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
