Required experience (all within the past 10 years)

The role will help manage the transition of system operations from one vendor to another, so experience with large, high-visibility public sector systems is a strong plus.

  • Operational transition and change management: at least 3 years performing operational transition and related organizational change management on large, complex IT systems projects
  • Vendor-to-vendor transitions: at least 2 years managing the successful transition of large, complex IT systems from one company to another, on at least two separate projects lasting a minimum of 3 months each
  • Stakeholder and executive communication: at least 5 years building strong relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders, keeping executive audiences informed on progress and service status, and building credibility as a trusted business partner
