Key Responsibilities:
- Resource 1, Phoenix, Senior Developer Support Specialist.
- We are requesting a senior level resource focused on Phoenix, our highly customized legacy policy administration platform. This individual is expected to:
- Lead production support, triage, and escalation management
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Resolve complex financial policy processing issues
- Provide technical direction and oversight to AMS resources
- Operate independently as the primary Phoenix SME
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills:- Visual basic , PowerBuilder , VC++ , SQL
- Strong experience with legacy technologies, SQL Server, and complex production support environments is required.
