Tier III SRE/DevOps Engineer

Title: Tier III SRE/DevOps
Term: 12 month C2H (contract duration could vary)
Location: Remote working EST (Must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis for FTE conversion)

Job Requirements:
 
Must have skills needed:

• Kubernetes (hands on production)
• Tier 3 troubleshooting skills
• Code debugging ability (Python)
• CI/CD Automation

 
What they will do:

• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation engineer for troubleshooting and resolving complex production infrastructure and operations incidents. The goal is to prevent complicated problems from reaching Tier 1 & 2 engineers, preserving their bandwidth.  
• Work with engineering teams to understand issues and propose reliable, long-term solutions. 
• Should have strong experience in troubleshooting, digging through traces, logs, systems analysis, and resolve the issues by proposing solutions to engineering teams 
• Analyze code repositories (Go, Kotlin, Python), debug, and apply fixes when appropriate. 
• Support and improve CI/CD workflows using Argo, GitHub Actions, and enterprise automation pipelines. 
• Assist with Kubernetes cluster operations, deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting across AWS-hosted clusters. 
• Ensure production changes follow proper quality, testing, and release processes.
