Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Training Content Developer III to lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-wide learning solutions that drive business performance and employee growth. This role partners with senior stakeholders, Learning & Development teams, and subject matter experts to create innovative instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning programs that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level training programs aligned with strategic business goals
  • Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and L&D consultants to assess learning needs and define instructional strategies
  • Develop instructor-led training, eLearning courses, blended learning solutions, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials
  • Create advanced learning experiences, including simulations, scenario-based learning, gamification, and interactive assessments
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops
  • Serve as the lead instructional design resource for large-scale, high-visibility projects
  • Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and development milestones
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and LMS validation to ensure an exceptional learner experience
  • Maintain content libraries, version control, accessibility standards, and governance requirements
  • Mentor peers and provide instructional design guidance, best practices, and QA feedback
Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training experience
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-impact learning programs
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance-based training solutions
  • Experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, blended, and digital learning programs
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning authoring tools
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Industry certifications related to instructional design, learning technologies, or training development
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, multimedia tools, and voice-over production
