A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an AI Full Stack Developer
Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC – 3 days hybrid on-site role
As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will:
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Build scalable and high-performance backend services using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS.
- Work with big data and streaming technologies such as PySpark, Scala, and Kafka.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions using RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and automated testing.
The ideal candidate will have: - Experience in full stack development, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Expertise in object-oriented and/or functional programming.
- Experience with Frontend: ReactJS, Backend: Spring Boot, Data & Streaming: PySpark, Scala, Kafka.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Hadoop/Hive, MongoDB.
- Understanding of API design, system integration, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively while demonstrating strong core development and implementation skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
