Business Applications Analyst (Enterprise Systems / ERP / PLM)

Career Innovator is partnering with a growing manufacturer of complex hardware to hire a Business Applications Analyst. You will drive the integration and optimization of the enterprise platforms behind engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance operations, owning requirements, process mapping, validation, testing, and deployment as the company builds the digital thread connecting engineering data, manufacturing execution, and operational systems.
WHAT YOU''''''''LL DO
- Lead cross-functional business process analysis across PLM, ERP, and MRO platforms
- Map end-to-end workflows across engineering releases, BOM, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and maintenance
- Own the requirements lifecycle from intake through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops; create functional specs, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain traceability from business requirements to configurations, test cases, and production validation
- Analyze current-state workflows for efficiency, scalability, and data integrity, and recommend enhancements
- Design and execute UAT strategies; validate integrations, workflows, data transfers, and reporting
- Drive defect resolution and support deployment readiness and post-launch validation
- Standardize processes and governance; support change management and user adoption
- Validate product, BOM, part master, inventory, and configuration data across systems
- Support scalable data governance and end-to-end lifecycle traceability
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor''''''''s degree in information systems, business, engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- 3 to 7+ years as a business analyst, systems analyst, functional analyst, or applications analyst
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and integrations
- Solid understanding of ERP, PLM, or manufacturing systems
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability (process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases)
- Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
NICE TO HAVE
- NetSuite ERP experience
- Siemens Teamcenter and/or NX
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) systems and processes
- Product lifecycle management (PLM), configuration management, and engineering change processes
- BOM structures, inventory, manufacturing operations, and supply chain workflows
- Digital transformation or digital thread initiatives
- Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
- Background in advanced manufacturing or complex hardware
