Role Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level IT Analyst who can support the team in maintaining and improving IT systems used across the organization. In this role, you will help monitor systems, assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues, and support different teams with their IT-related needs. You will also help document system processes and work closely with other IT team members to ensure that systems run smoothly. This role is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in IT and learning how technology supports business operations.

Responsibilities

•         Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and applications.

•         Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or system-related issues.

•         Work with team members to understand system requirements and user needs.

•         Support the team in maintaining system documentation and reports.

•         Assist in testing system updates or new features when required.

•         Help track and report technical issues to the appropriate teams.

•         Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

•         Support daily IT operations and help ensure systems are running properly.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Basic understanding of computer systems and IT support processes.

•         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Strong attention to detail.

•         Good communication skills to work with different teams.

•         Familiarity with basic IT tools and applications.

•         Ability to manage tasks and work in a team environment.

•         Willingness to learn new technologies and IT processes.

Must-Have Skills

•         Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)
