Operations & Maintenance Manager
Role Summary
The Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the client''''s production data platform operations, ensuring reliable performance, cost optimization, and efficient operational support. This role manages production activities, incident response, release planning, budgeting, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production jobs and platform operations.
- Perform incident triage and issue management.
- Optimize platform cost and performance.
- Manage operational backlogs and release schedules.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal staff.
- Support monthly invoicing and budgeting activities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing production operations for data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with platform monitoring, cost management, and performance optimization.
