Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on Clarity administration experience.
- Experience configuring Clarity objects, attributes, lookups, blueprints, pages, views and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Clarity REST APIs and supported data extraction/loading mechanisms.
- Experience developing or configuring API-based data extraction and ingestion solutions for Clarity.
- Understanding of REST, JSON, authentication, filtering, pagination, error handling and data mapping.
- Ability to translate Clarity objects and relationships into API request and response structures.
- Experience implementing and testing configuration and API changes across multiple environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with business/process SMEs and technical integration teams.
- Experience transitioning Clarity from project-centric to product/value-stream-based planning and funding.
- Experience configuring strategic planning, OKRs or value-management structures.
- Experience with XOG, GEL scripting and Clarity process automation where REST APIs do not meet the required use case.
- Experience integrating Clarity with Jira/JPD, Workday, Beeline, Oracle or other enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot middleware and Kafka/event-driven integration architectures.
- Experience with large PPM or operating-model transformation programs.
- Good functional knowledge of Clarity resources, roles, teams, allocations, demands, investments, programs, portfolios and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, configure, test and deploy Clarity changes required to support the new operating model.
- Develop and configure Clarity API-based extraction and ingestion capabilities.
- Work with a middleware integration team to enable data exchange between Clarity and other enterprise platforms.
- Assess the impact of the new operating model and taxonomy on existing Clarity configuration.
- Configure organizational planning structures, resource, role and agile-team structures required for workforce and capacity planning.
- Configure strategic themes, OKRs, demand, portfolio and related governance structures.
- Configure portfolio and financial-planning structures.
- Design, develop and test Clarity REST API and other supported tool-side capabilities for extracting and ingesting integration data.
- Support integration developers in connecting Clarity endpoints to the middleware and troubleshooting end-to-end integration issues.
- Perform configuration and API testing, resolve defects, and support rollouts.
- Maintain configuration, API and deployment documentation.
