Reporting and AppSheet Program Manager

job summary:

Our team is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Reporting and AppSheet pillars within our Technical Programs division. This critical business unit drives process maturity, data migration support, and application infrastructure across the wider organization. In this role, you will have a direct hand in shaping strategic reporting visions and ensuring seamless cross-functional team execution.

responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and overall maintenance of complex organizational dashboards and applications using Looker Studio, PLX, and AppSheet.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of 10 onshore and offshore resources operating within a two-week agile sprint cadence.
• Serve as the primary liaison and relationship manager for key leadership stakeholders to drive operational workflows and compliance guidelines.
• Run end-to-end business-as-usual (BAU) processes, analyze systemic project risks, and formulate comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

qualifications:

7+ years of professional Program/Project Management experience leading large scale initiatives.

Expert-level capability with data visualization tools, specifically Looker Studio and PLX systems.

Deep foundational knowledge operating natively within the Google enterprise tool ecosystem.

Proven track record of managing distributed or onshore/offshore technical delivery squads.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Direct hands-on experience building out custom workflow solutions utilizing AppSheet.

Strong technical background in database infrastructure and scripting languages (BigQuery/PLX scripting).

Prior industry background or working knowledge within corporate real estate organizations.
