Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E Business Suite financial modules and Oracle Finance Cloud. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing financial systems while aligning product capabilities with business processes.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Financials, strong debugging skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle EBS Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Provide functional and technical expertise to align Oracle EBS capabilities with business processes and requirements.
Work on Oracle Finance Cloud modules and support hybrid environments.
Analyze business requirements and provide implementation guidance to meet customer needs.
Perform technical debugging using SQL, PL SQL, and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain technical components using OAF, Oracle Forms, PL SQL, and SQL procedures.
Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, implementation, testing, and support activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand critical business scenarios and provide effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
Ensure high quality customer interaction and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
15–17 years of total IT experience.
Minimum 12 years of hands on experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Finance Cloud.
Experience in implementation and support of enterprise financial systems.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Experience with Oracle Finance Cloud applications.
Strong debugging and development skills using SQL, PL SQL, and reporting tools.
Hands on experience with OAF, Oracle Forms, and database procedures.
Understanding of costing modules including discrete or process costing is an added advantage.
