Global HR Systems Functional Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Global HR Systems Functional Lead in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Tasks:
* Responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans
* Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams
* Responsible for conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detailed product and internet systems requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing
* Be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team
* Identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution
* Overseeing business to system knowledge management, and assisting in overall system design from user interface through backend processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of business analysis, functional consulting, or HR systems implementation experience
* Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops with global stakeholders
* Experience translating business processes into system requirements for enterprise platforms
* Experience supporting global HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Workforce Management initiatives
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving decisions in ambiguous environments
* Exceptional facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
* Strong ability to document complex processes and convert business needs into executable requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
