Position: UCaaS Discovery & Migration Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Documentation
· Conduct discovery sessions with client and internal teams to gather requirements and assess current RC/RC Contact Center configurations.
· Document call flows, auto attendants, user profiles, integration, and API dependencies.
· Review and complete Business Requirements Documents, Letters of Agency, and user upload templates.
Migration Planning Support
· Collaborate with Client and RingCentral project managers to define migration scope, timelines, and resource needs.
· Identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
· Assist in porting number coordination and user provisioning.
Partners Coordination
· Coordinate with Contact Center administrators, IT support engineers, and API owners to ensure readiness.
Reporting & Communication
· Maintain status reports and discovery logs.
· Provide regular updates to project leadership and escalate blockers as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong understanding of RingCentral MVP, Contact Center platforms and Microsoft Teams Phone.
· Experience with UCaaS migrations into Microsoft Teams, including number porting, call flow mapping, and user provisioning.
· Excellent documentation and communication skills.
· Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments.
· Proficient in engaging with multiple team members and prioritizing effectively.
