Position: UCaaS Discovery & Migration Analyst

Location: 100% Remote and or Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $55-$57/Hr

Role Summary

This role is responsible for supporting discovery efforts related to the migration of Unified Communications services from RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of RingCentral MVP, Contact Center platforms and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Experience with UCaaS migrations into Microsoft Teams, including number porting, call flow mapping, and user provisioning.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments.
• Proficient in engaging with multiple team members and prioritizing effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms and environments.
• Project coordination or business analyst background.
