Software Development Engineer Senior (Go) (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Holtsville, New York

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Software Development Engineer Senior (Go) for our premier client in Holtsville, New York.

Education and Experience »
US Only:

Required Education & Experience: Bachelors degree and 4+ year experience or Masters degree and 2+ year experience

All other Regions:

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Work Experience (years): 6+ years work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
Must have:

Go and Java programming.
Understanding of REST APIs.
Experience with messaging brokers like MQTT and Kafka.
Database experience.
Ideally Postgres.
GORM and JPA.
Docker and docker-compose (K8s would be a plus).
Knows how to write unit tests.
