Job Description –
We are looking for a market-facing leader to build and scale our ServiceNow, OutSystems, and AI-driven capabilities. This role will drive GTM, sales, partnerships, and AI-led offerings, working closely with sales to take solutions to market and win strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale ServiceNow, OutSystems, and AI capabilities
- Define AI-led offerings (GenAI, automation, workflow intelligence)
- Partner with sales on pipeline, solutioning, and deal closure
- Lead client engagements and executive conversations
- Drive ServiceNow partnership and joint GTM
- Oversee delivery for quality, scalability, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in IT services with strong ServiceNow experience
- Proven experience in practice building and pre-sales
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI, automation, or intelligent workflows
- Experience with low-code platforms (OutSystems preferred)
- Strong client-facing and revenue ownership mindset
