About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Security team, focusing on
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities that support critical risk management processes and enterprise service delivery.
You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and strengthen risk governance across the organization.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on TPRM/VRM capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Build and integrate solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and GRC modules
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, UI components, and integrations
- Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to modern development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or ServiceNow development
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:
- JavaScript, Glide API
- HTML, CSS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); willingness to obtain CAD within 3 months
- Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Familiarity with:
- ITSM, CMDB, GRC frameworks
- ITIL best practices
- Experience integrating legacy systems and external applications
- Knowledge of:
- ServiceNow (San Diego release or later)
- CI/CD and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
- Exposure to additional technologies such as:
- Java, Angular, React, .NET, C#
- Understanding of software delivery methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Waterfall
