About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Security team, focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities that support critical risk management processes and enterprise service delivery.

You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and strengthen risk governance across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on TPRM/VRM capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Build and integrate solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and GRC modules
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, UI components, and integrations
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and adhere to modern development standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or ServiceNow development
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using:
    • JavaScript, Glide API
    • HTML, CSS
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); willingness to obtain CAD within 3 months
  • Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Familiarity with:
    • ITSM, CMDB, GRC frameworks
    • ITIL best practices
  • Experience integrating legacy systems and external applications
  • Knowledge of:
    • ServiceNow (San Diego release or later)
    • CI/CD and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
    • Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
  • Exposure to additional technologies such as:
    • Java, Angular, React, .NET, C#
  • Understanding of software delivery methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Waterfall
