SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant (Supply Chain Product Costing)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Product Costing and deep hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (2023 version preferred). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional finance knowledge and technical integration capabilities, with proven experience in end-to-end implementations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• This role requires strong ownership of product costing, supply chain finance processes, system integrations, and cross-module collaboration to deliver scalable and compliant financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
• Conduct workshops with global and regional business stakeholders.
• Ensure integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as SD and MM.
• Provide solution proposals aligned with financial best practices and statutory requirements.
• Design and support SAP inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI integrations.
• Support ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design data flows and interface architecture.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager (Solman) and testing tools for change, release, and project management.
• Perform system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution.

Experience:

• 12+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (2023 version preferred).
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Product Costing.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Finance processes (PTP, vendor invoicing, inventory accounting).
• Good knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN).
• Strong functional configuration experience in SAP FICO.
• Solid understanding of financial process flows and integration points.
• Experience integrating FICO with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces and third-party integrations.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and structured testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
