Position: Deposco WMS Consultant
Location: United States - Remote
Employment Type: Long term Contract (or) Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deposco WMS Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their warehouse and operational requirements and implement scalable WMS solutions using Deposco.

You will play a key role in solution design, configuration, testing, integration, and ongoing support across multiple warehouse modules. This position requires a strong techno-functional background and the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to gather and analyze business and warehouse requirements
• Design and implement Deposco WMS solutions aligned with operational goals
• Configure system functionalities and workflows based on business needs
• Support integrations, API testing, and system validations
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Perform testing, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis
• Maintain high standards of solution documentation and testing quality

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Deposco WMS applications
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Deposco
• Solid understanding of warehouse process flows and WMS configurations
• Experience writing SQL queries using relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or similar
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into system configurations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Good-to-Person systems
• Exposure to AS/RS integrations
• Experience supporting warehouse automation initiatives
