Job Title: User Experience/Interaction Designer

Location: Sacramento, CA (Occasional Onsite)

We’re looking for a talentedUser Experience / Interaction Designer (UX/ID) to join our team and help design intuitive, efficient, and user-centered digital solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize systems, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences across enterprise platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web-based applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions
• Improve and automate manual processes through thoughtful UX strategies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Support and enhance systems built on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
• Integrate and optimize electronic signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints
• Contribute to solutions supporting CRM and DRM platforms

Required Qualifications

·        The User Experience/Interaction Designer (UX/ID) must have a minimum three years’ experience in the last six years related to Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) and electronic signature platform such as Docusign/Adobe sign or any e signature tool.

·        The UX/ID must have a minimum of one year of experience in the last three years with design, development, and implementation of web-based user interfaces in support of customer relationship Digital Rights Management (DRM) platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
• Experience working in government or public sector environments
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
