ROLE: User Experience / Interaction Designer (UX/ID)
We re looking for a talented User Experience / Interaction Designer (UX/ID) to join our team and help design intuitive, efficient, and user-centered digital solutions. In this role, you ll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize systems, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences across enterprise platforms.

What You ll Do
Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web-based applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions
Improve and automate manual processes through thoughtful UX strategies
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Support and enhance systems built on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
Integrate and optimize electronic signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints
Contribute to solutions supporting CRM and DRM platforms
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience (within the last 6 years) working with:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Process automation and workflow optimization
Microsoft Power BI
Electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign
Minimum 1 year of experience (within the last 3 years) in:
Designing and developing web-based user interfaces
Supporting CRM or Digital Rights Management (DRM) platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving
Experience working in government or public sector environments
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
