Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support our AMS (Application Maintenance Support) engagement. The candidate will be responsible for providing production support, handling enhancements, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with a strong focus on integrations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Handle incident tickets, service requests, and change requests.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, HCM Extracts).
Develop and enhance reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Perform data corrections using HDL/HSDL and validate with business teams.
Work with Oracle Support to resolve product-related issues.
Support quarterly Oracle updates and perform regression testing.
Analyze incident trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Document solutions, test cases, and support processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Techno-Functional).
Expertise in Integrations (OIC, REST, SOAP).
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts.
Knowledge of HDL/HSDL for data management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
