Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead UX Designer with a strong background in Product Design, User Experience, and Human-Centered Design to help drive innovation across business-critical digital products. This role requires an AI-forward design mindset, leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration while maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating user research into impactful design solutions and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery through delivery.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, customer journey maps, and information architecture artifacts.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.

• Translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Utilize AI-powered tools for ideation, design exploration, workflow development, and rapid prototyping.

• Design and validate AI-assisted product experiences and intelligent workflows.

• Develop and maintain reusable UX components, design systems, and UI standards.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders.

• Apply Lean UX and Agile methodologies to accelerate validated learning and product delivery.

• Balance customer needs, business objectives, and ROI when prioritizing design solutions.

• Support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design within digital product environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and delivered outcomes.

• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.

• Experience conducting user research, usability studies, user testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility reviews.

• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, design systems, and reusable design components.

• Knowledge of Agile, Lean UX, rapid prototyping, and iterative product development.

• Understanding of front-end technologies and technical design feasibility.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Figma AI, Claude, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar platforms within the design process.

• Experience designing AI-enabled products, conversational interfaces, chatbots, intelligent workflows, or GenAI-powered experiences.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, analytics platforms, dashboards, or complex data-driven products.

• Experience contributing to or leading enterprise design systems.
