The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful design approach, strong attention to accessibility, and the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

Create refined wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs for responsive digital experiences across web pages, forms, and campaign destinations.

Define intuitive page flow, navigation structure, content prioritization, interface interactions, and effective calls to action that support user needs and business goals.

Apply inclusive design principles and accessibility standards throughout the design process to ensure digital products are usable by a broad range of audiences.

Contribute to the evolution of a unified design system by shaping reusable components, patterns, templates, and guidance that support consistency across experiences.

Organize source files, visual assets, annotations, and detailed specifications to enable efficient and accurate development handoff.

Evaluate completed implementations to confirm alignment with approved designs, responsive behavior, accessibility needs, and overall experience consistency.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback, usability insights, analytics, and post-launch learnings to refine and strengthen digital experiences over time.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX or UX/UI design for digital products.
Proficiency with Figma for interface design, collaboration, prototyping, and design documentation.
Demonstrated ability to design responsive user experiences for websites, landing pages, and digital forms.
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design methods.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and practical experience designing inclusive digital experiences.
Experience collaborating with developers and preparing production-ready design files and specifications.
Ability to interpret feedback, user behavior insights, and business input to improve digital product performance.
