ERP/CRM Developer

Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and offers an opportunity to work in the non-profit sector, contributing to meaningful projects that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ERP and CRM systems to meet organizational requirements.
Implement client-side scripting to enhance user experience and system functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system development.
Configure and customize software solutions to align with operational needs.
Create and manage APIs to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
Perform Salesforce development tasks, including customizations and system enhancements.
Support Oracle PeopleSoft applications, including Human Capital Management modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance.
Provide ongoing configuration management to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in ERP and CRM development.
Proficiency in client-side scripting languages.
Strong understanding of business requirement documentation processes.
Expertise in configuration management practices.
Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.
Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft and its Human Capital Management modules.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
