Job Description A member of the team who develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugs web/java-based software applications that support business transactional and reporting requirements Understand clients' applications requirements and identify key application features and functions Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide superior user experience with reduced costs/efforts Work with other team members and developers to design and structure requirements Design creative prototypes based on specifications Perform unit and integration testing before launch Troubleshoot applications, find bugs, and offer timely solutions Use skills to support other team efforts in ETL, database, and reporting areas Primary Skill Spring boot Secondary Skill AngularJS Tertiary Skill Required Qualifications 7+ years in contemporary Java coding and design 7+ years Web Application and web services development 4+ years using Linux Servers, Apache, Tomcat, etc 5+ years of Agile Development processes 7+ years developing microservices 5+ years requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control and deployment management 7+ years Lead development BS Computer Science degree or equivalent experience 4+ years Financial/Banking Experience Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Desired Qualifications 4+ years in Spring Boot microservice runtime Strong analytical mindset with proven technical analysis and research, problem-solving skills, and diagnostic ability Experience with Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket, Kendo, Horizon are plus 5+ years interacting with the customers/business analysts in gathering requirements and independently able to design and deliver the system Experience working with teams in different locations, co-ordination of tasks Experience working in an Agile development methodology Setting up CI/CD automation Experience working with Build tools (JIRA, Bit Bucket, Maven, Git, Horizon, and Jenkins, or other containerized runtime environment) RDBMS experience - Exadata, Oracle PL/SQL scripting, Neo4J etc

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
