Position: Lead Business System (Remarketing) Analyst (Auto-Finance Domain)

Location: Plano, TX (Day 1-Onsite)

Direct Hire - $120K/annum

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Auto Finance domain expertise and hands on experience in Remarketing operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing lifecycle from an auto finance perspective, including asset recovery, repossession, vehicle valuation, auction management, resale processes, title management, and end of lease disposition.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, identify process improvements, and support the delivery of technology solutions that enhance remarketing operations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience translating complex business needs into actionable system requirements.
• Experience working in auto lending/financing environments and knowledge of remarketing platforms, auction processes, and related regulatory considerations are highly desirable.
