Pega Developer:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Pega Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.

Pega Developer - Job Description:
The Pega Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support business processes and enhance overall efficiency. This role involves working on business-as-usual (BAU) project-related tasks as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pega Developer - Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.
Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.
Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.
Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.

Pega Developer - Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development.
Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
One or more Pega Architect certifications.
Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pega Developer - Nice-to-Have Skills:
Banking/Financial experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pega Developer - Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Mount Laurel, New Jersey, hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office.
