Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15–20+ years of IT experience to lead end-to-end program delivery, drive Agile transformations, and ensure successful execution of large-scale technology initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering units to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
<>Key Responsibilities
· Own and drive end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, tracking, and release governance.
· Lead Agile/SAFe transformation initiatives, including PI planning, sprint execution, and release roadmap management.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architecture teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
· Ensure delivery alignment with business goals, KPIs, and customer expectations.
· Establish and monitor Delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, defect density, and customer satisfaction.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation strategies, and process optimization.
· Manage cross-functional distributed teams, fostering a high-performing Agile culture.
· Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
· Lead program governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
· Enable adoption of modern technologies (Cloud, DevOps, AI initiatives) within delivery programs.
<>Required Skills & Experience
· 15–20+ years of IT experience with strong delivery and program management expertise.
· Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-release programs and globally distributed teams. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery governance.
· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practices.
· Strong knowledge of program metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards (Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, etc.).
· Hands-on experience in stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
· Exposure to AI/automation initiatives (Copilot, AI chatbots, prompt engineering) is a strong plus.

· Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or modernization programs.
· Background in domains like Banking or Insurance
· Certifications such as SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or Cloud certifications.

· Ability to drive cross-team collaboration and conflict resolution.
· Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
