Summary

Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote Position

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Must have Health Insurane Domain

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for insurance platforms, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and prioritize product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, data) to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.
Drive enhancements across claims processing, policy administration (PAS), billing, and enrollment systems.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations (CMS, HIPAA, ACA, GDPR as applicable).
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product features.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support API integrations, EDI transactions (834, 835, 837), and interoperability initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in insurance or healthcare domain.
Strong knowledge of insurance systems (Claims, Enrollment, Billing, PAS).
Experience with EDI transactions (834, 835, 837) and regulatory frameworks.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Facets, or QNXT platforms.
Exposure to API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, or AI/automation in insurance.
