Summary

Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to cover a leave at our client south of Boston.

IT Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPads, iPhones, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365 applications.
  • Assist with onboarding new users, ensuring new users have a seamless IT experience from day one
  • Assist with software and hardware upgrades and deployments
  • Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in a Support Desk ticketing system
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in end-user support and customer service best practices



Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and IT service management tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
