Job Overview: The UAT Analyst III will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems by conducting thorough user acceptance testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, validate solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and user expectations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project teams and management.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Validate that system functionality meets user needs and business objectives before deployment.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) or quality assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
