About the Role
Our client, a large enterprise, is actively deploying and expanding their VMware Cloud Foundation environment and needs experienced VCF architects and engineers who can hit the ground running. We’re also building a roster of VCF professionals for additional enterprise engagements, particularly organizations navigating infrastructure decisions in the post-Broadcom landscape.
If you’ve done hands-on VCF work in the last 12–24 months, we want to talk. We move fast. Often from first conversation to client introduction within days.
What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on delivery experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 8 or 9) within the past 24 months
• Architecture, deployment, and/or migration of VCF environments at enterprise scale
• Strong working knowledge of vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager
• Experience with VCF upgrades, lifecycle management, and workload domain configuration
• Familiarity with Broadcom licensing changes and their impact on enterprise VMware environments is a plus
• Ability to lead or contribute to infrastructure projects with minimal ramp-up
• Comfortable in client-facing roles — presenting to stakeholders, leading workshops, running status calls
Nice to Have
• VCP or VCAP certifications
• Experience with hybrid cloud integrations (AWS Outposts, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine)
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
