Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 3+ years of experience supporting RSA Archer or Archer IRM/GRC platforms. Experience with production support, incident management, and platform administration. Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. Experience with RBAC, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, and data feeds in Archer. Knowledge of release management, change management
