Description:

We are looking for a confident, experienced project delivery leader who can drive delivery for a key project currently underway to implement a Clinical Data Exchange (CDE). The Sr Project Coordinator will provide business analysis and project management support to drive the project. They will work across internal CDE business customers, vendors, technical teams and operations to capture and define requirements and manage the Agile delivery of the project.

They should be familiar with and have experience supporting Clinical Data Exchange implementations and working with enterprise data platform teams that support large healthcare clinical and insurance organizations. They should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and ideally will be certified. They will have previous experience serving in business analysis roles to capture and document data integration and business solution requirements, and liaison between business stakeholders and technical personnel to drive successful project delivery.

• Must have Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) - important for working with business stakeholders, outside vendors and IT

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working within a mid-to-large healthcare insurance organization in IT operating and data management environment
• 3+ years of experience working on CDE implementations and supporting CDE architectures, including working with CDE architecture vendors like Athena, Care Evolution, Epic, Allscripts, Greenway, Veradigm, etc
• 4+ years of experience managing large healthcare data projects following Agile project delivery practices
• 3+ years of experience managing projects with platform technologies to include Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Profisee, Azure Cloud
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst defining and documenting processes, BRDs, FRDs, TRDs, standards and business logic related to enterprise data

Other Preferred Experience and Skills

• Agile Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications preferred
• Experience managing post-merger healthcare organization data and systems integration.
• ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Teams, Confluence, Business Acumen, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Azure Data Services exposure
• Healthcare systems and data experience including QNXT and Epic

Duties include:

• managing projects, directing personnel and project documentation
• creating and maintaining project plans, recording and reporting systems
• assisting and advising team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements
• tracking risk and issue logs and change control data
• developing and maintaining RACI definitions
• interfacing with CDE Vendors and coordinating cross-team meetings and delivery
• developing and maintaining effective project team communications
• producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports
• supporting technical documentation creation
• acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical personnel to help translate requirements
• supporting quality assurance and testing throughout the lifecycle
