Job Title: RPA Developer (Blue Prism / Power Platform)

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to support enterprise automation and document intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) and document processing solutions that transform large, complex, and unstructured data sources into structured, actionable business outputs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPA development using Blue Prism, experience with document intelligence solutions, API integrations, PDF/document processing frameworks, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Automate.

This role will support the automation of business processes and large-scale document ingestion workflows involving multi-hundred-page PDFs and complex data packages.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development
Minimum 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism
Experience building both attended and unattended bots interacting with websites and enterprise systems
8+ years of experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs and databases, including RESTful web services and SQL databases
8+ years of experience developing reports and documents using structured and unstructured data
8+ years of experience building analytics solutions based on structured and unstructured data
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Azure infrastructure and troubleshooting
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate including Desktop and Cloud Flows
Proficiency in Java programming
Experience with Power BI and advanced SQL
Experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Search
Knowledge of PDF/document processing frameworks
Experience with enterprise document intelligence solutions

Preferred Certifications

Blue Prism Certification
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
