Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Lead in Tarrytown, NY.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Lead to drive data migration for a large-scale, multi-phase Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. This role will lead conversion activities across Finance, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash, partnering closely with business leaders, technical teams, and system integration partners to ensure accurate, cleansed, and reconciled data through mock conversions and final cutover.
Key Tasks:
* Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion data conversion strategy, standards, and execution
* Lead conversion activities across GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, AP, PO, AR, and Order Management
* Review and challenge functional designs, technical designs, mapping specifications, and load templates
* Establish data quality standards, conversion guardrails, reconciliation requirements, and cutover criteria
* Lead data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts with business and technical teams
* Plan and execute multiple mock conversions and drive resolution of data and loading issues
* Manage cross-module dependencies, load sequencing, risks, and conversion readiness
* Lead final cutover planning, execution, and go-live support
* Utilize FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs, ESS jobs, SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI to support migration and validation
* Provide conversion status, risks, and readiness updates to project leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading data conversions for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud
* Strong hands-on experience with at least two of the following: GL, FA, Projects, AP, PO, AR, or OM
* Experience managing multiple mock conversions and at least one full production cutover
* Hands-on knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs, SQL, and Oracle migration tools
* Strong experience with data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and governance
* Experience reviewing system integrator functional and technical designs
* Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures is highly preferred
* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
