Overview
We are seeking a Manhattan Active Configuration Analyst to support a multi-site warehouse management system upgrade initiative. This role will join an existing internal team to help drive configuration, testing, and go-live execution across a 5-site rollout.
The project is currently in System Integration Testing (SIT) and moving into User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with upcoming go-live activities and hypercare support. This position is critical to maintaining project momentum following a recent team transition and will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery across all sites.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, along with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to support testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and assist with go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS across multiple warehouse locations
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues identified during testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and Manhattan implementation team to validate system behavior
- Support integration testing across ERP, TMS, and warehouse automation systems
- Assist in go-live planning, execution, and hypercare support
- Work closely with business users to translate operational needs into system configuration updates
- Help ensure consistency while managing site-specific configuration variations across the rollout
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration
- Proven experience supporting UAT, system testing, and go-live activities
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment)
- Experience working in multi-site or phased rollout environments
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration and system behavior in real-time
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints between WMS and ERP / downstream systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience upgrading from Manhattan WMOS to Manhattan Active
- Exposure to SAP-integrated environments
- Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE) or automation systems
- Experience supporting hypercare / post go-live stabilization
Program Environment
- Manhattan Active WMS upgrade from legacy WMOS
- Implementation led by Manhattan Associates (no third-party SI)
- Integrated with SAP (hybrid ERP, upgrading to CCV2/C4C V2), TMS, and MHE/automation systems
- Currently in System Integration Testing (SIT), transitioning to UAT
- 5-site rollout with staggered deployments and hypercare support
- Initial go-live targeted for early summer (timeline subject to adjustment)
