Summary

We are seeking a Unica Campaign Analyst responsible for executing campaign list creation, audience segmentation, and campaign deployments using IBM Campaign (Unica). This role is hands-on, focused on SQL-driven targeting, campaign operations, and supporting multiple concurrent marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute campaign flows using IBM Campaign (Unica)
Develop SQL queries for audience segmentation, targeting, and data extraction
Support end-to-end campaign execution including setup, QA, and deployment
Manage campaign tasks, timelines, and updates using Workfront or similar tools
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of campaign lists
Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and business teams for campaign requirements
Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines
Communicate campaign progress, issues, and updates clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with IBM Campaign (Unica)
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and segmentation
Experience supporting campaign execution or marketing operations
Basic to intermediate project coordination experience (Workfront preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
