Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAM Pro, HAM, and ITAM solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
Design and customize workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Manage Service Catalog, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources, Reports, Dashboards, and Scheduled Jobs.
Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM to maintain accurate asset and configuration data.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, SCCM, BigFix, ADDM, and other discovery solutions.
Support end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes, including procurement, deployment, inventory, reclamation, and retirement.
Troubleshoot asset data issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data quality across multiple data sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile teams to design scalable ITAM solutions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM, including SAM Pro and HAM.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow customization.
Experience with JavaScript, SQL, XML/JSON, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with discovery and inventory tools such as SCCM, BigFix, and ADDM.
ServiceNow certifications in SAM, HAM, ITOM, or related modules are highly preferred.
