Job Description

Seeking an experienced Duck Creek Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap management, and delivery for Duck Creek insurance solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and Agile delivery teams to prioritize features and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Duck Creek product roadmaps.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
  • Coordinate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams.
  • Support UAT, product releases, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of Duck Creek implementation or product ownership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes.
  • Proven experience in product ownership, product management, or lead business analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
