Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise to support the analysis, design, and implementation of Duck Creek solutions. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
-
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

Conduct requirement discovery workshops with business stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Support Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims implementations.
-
Create process flows, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
-
Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production enhancements.

Identify system impacts and opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

7–10 years of overall IT or Business Analysis experience.

3–5 years of Duck Creek implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes, policy lifecycles, and underwriting.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
