Project Manager (Network-Focused)
Position Overview:This role provides project management support for large-scale network initiatives. The PM will help drive task organization, maintain visibility into project gaps, coordinate with a third-party, and support operational readiness for hardware onboarding, tracking, and logistics. This position requires strong network fluency (routing/switching preferred), proactive coordination, and the ability to ensure execution across multiple stakeholders.
5x a week onsite
Responsibilities:
· Program management and project coordination across network initiatives.
· Identify project gaps and drive action plans to closure.
· Support third-parties and define what operations
· Manage workflows including hardware tracking, shipment tracking, and staging tasks.
· Coordinate onboarding tasks
· Manage ticket workflows including onboarding tickets, change control coordination, and any required tracking.
· Facilitate the routing of engineering tickets to a third-party
· Work closely with engineering resources and guide them on process steps.
· Maintain proactive pressure to ensure third-party teams stay on track.
· Ensure data is complete, accurate, and mapped back to the correct project.
· Track wireless details, floorplans, AutoCAD artifacts, and related wireless documentation.
· Influence and push business stakeholders to move projects forward.
· Understand downstream dependencies (e.g., wireless deployment teams, electrical teams).
Qualifications:
Required
· Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager supporting network?related initiatives.
· Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching).
· Ability to organize tasks, identify gaps, and drive accountability.
· Experience working with engineering teams and operational partners.
· Ability to coordinate change control, ticket workflows, and hardware onboarding processes.
· Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder?management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple workstreams with varying levels of complexity.
Preferred
· Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
· Exposure to wireless tracking workflows (floorplans, AutoCAD artifacts).
· Familiarity with third?party managed services
· Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
