Ariba REQs (Sourcing and Procurement)

Role 1.) Sourcing, Contracts, and SLP/SIPM Lead

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Domain specialist in Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contracts area
• Adept at designing and implementing solutions for clients using the SAPActivate methodology
• Client interaction during the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projects
• Expertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirements
• Manage the work stream of the project team
• Excellent documentation skills
• Prepare detailed functional specs for development activities, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms
• Guide business process and configuration design choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints
• Conduct user training
• Facilitate integration and user acceptance testing
• Support business users with process or system issues

Qualifications

• Thought leadership in the sourcing domain
• 3+ years of business experience in a large organization in procurement and sourcing, vendor management, and contracts management
• 4+ years of implementation experience in the area of Ariba Sourcing, SLP/SIPM, and Contracts space, with a minimum of one implementation where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope
• 3+ full-cycle implementations of Ariba Sourcing, SLP/SIPM, and Contracts
• Must know about Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP/SIPM
• Must have Ariba configuration, enhancement, and customization experience
• Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Role 2.) Procurement (Buying & Invoicing Lead)

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Domain specialist in the Requisition to Order and Requisition to Pay area
• Adept at designing and implementing solutions for clients using the SAPActivate methodology
• Client interaction during the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time in-scope delivery of projects
• Expertise in defining solution strategy and conducting workshops to gather customer requirements
• Manage the work stream of the project team
• Excellent documentation skills
• Prepare detailed functional specs for development activities, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms

• 3+ years of business experience in a large organization in procurement and Buying & Invoicing (Procure-To-Pay)
• 7+ years of implementation experience in the area of Ariba Buying & Invoicing and the Catalogs space, with a minimum of one implementation where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope
• 5+ full-cycle implementations of Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs
• Implementation experience in Guided Buying is a must
• Must know about Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Catalogs, SPOT Buy
• Must have Ariba configuration, enhancement, and customization experience
• Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
