Job#: 3032048 Job Description: Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Icertis Administrator and Business Analyst with a global enterprise manufacturing client.
This role supports a large-scale Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) implementation, partnering with business and legal stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver contract types, templates, workflows, and AI copilots while providing best-practice leadership across an agile product team.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
- Multiple years of experience delivering solutions on enterprise cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) configuration and administration
- Advanced experience designing and configuring contract types, templates, clauses, workflows, amendments, and linkages
- Proven experience configuring and enabling ICI Co-Pilots including Risk, Discovery, and Interactive Insights
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, story pointing, and backlog grooming
- Ability to translate business and legal requirements into scalable, best-practice platform solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including user demos, knowledge sharing, and solution leadership
Location: Marysville, OH
Onsite expectation: Onsite 4 days per week
