Our client is looking  Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Omnichannel Implementation (Nice CX One) project Remote  below is the detailed requirements.

 

Job Title           :  Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Omnichannel Implementation (Nice CX One)

Location           :  Remote

Duration          :  Long term

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel SME to lead and support the migration from NICE CXone to Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contact center technologies, omnichannel strategy, and hands-on experience with cloud-based CX platforms.

 

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in Contact Center / Customer Experience (CX) technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone and/or Amazon Connect implementations.
  • Proven experience in Omnichannel implementations (voice, chat, email, SMS, social).
  • Expertise in IVR design, call flows, routing strategies, and automation.
  • Experience with AWS ecosystem (Lambda, Lex, Connect, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, middleware, CRM integrations).
  • Experience in migration projects (on-prem to cloud or platform-to-platform).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
