Job Title: Director of Technology / Network Operations

Job Summary:
Direct, plan and design the effective and efficient use of technology to support client s services and growth plans with a continuous focus on market modernization and responsiveness to competitive offerings. Manage the Information Technology department and staffing to monitor, maintain, secure and upgrade our technology, as well as maintain and continually refine our long term technology plans and operating practices for future investments.
Important Skills:
This is a hands on working Director with Deep technical skillset.
Must be problem solver, understand development, DATA, VOICE, Internet, Broadband need awareness of security and know right questions to ask.

Must know CALIX (access platform)
Deploying Ring Central
Extensive experience with Virtualization, Windows server, Linux server, Windows desktop, MS Office, open-source applications including BIND, DHCP, Apache, Asterisk, Cisco routing and switching, Calix E7, Metaswitch, Database servers, PC, laptop and server hardware, network design and implementation, solution design and implementation, disaster recovery including backup and restore are extremely valuable.
