Design, deploy, and administer AWS environments following best practices.

Support AWS account structure, IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege access.

Develop and maintain solutions using AWS services including (but not limited to): Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, and Elastic Load Balancing.

Amazon VPC, subnets, routing, and security controls.
-
Amazon S3, EBS, EFS, and data lifecycle policies.
-
AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and serverless architectures.
-
Amazon CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.

Develop and support Amazon Connect contact center environments, including: Contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and prompts.

Integrations with AWS Lambda, APIs, and external systems.

Call recording, analytics, and troubleshooting.

Design and integrate AI-enabled solutions using Amazon Bedrock where applicable.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent tools.

Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization opportunities.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

Collaborate with security teams to implement encryption, logging, monitoring, and compliance controls.

Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams.

Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.

Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and after-hours support as required.
- 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.

3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development and/or administration.
-
3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda).

3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies.
-
3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services.
-
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
-
3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS.
-
3+ years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
